Established in 2017, IBHAYI Property Improvements is a family-owned and operated full-service professional roofing company providing roofing systems to clients in the commercial, industrial and institutional building industries in the Eastern Cape and across the Coastal Provinces.

With experience in the roofing construction industry, we have gone from constructing conventional flat roofing systems, and steep slope roofing systems to expanding to include architectural sloped metal roofing and metal wall cladding systems as part of our inventory of services.

What We Do


IBHAYI Roofing has experience in the supply and installation of all types of roofing systems and strictly uses supplier specifications and guidelines in all our work.

Whether your project requires a roofing system on a new building, or a retro-fit (re-roofing), we work with everyone in the industry including architectural consultants and project specifications, membrane manufacturer’s technical teams, and construction contractors to supply and install only the highest quality product. We provide membrane manufacturer and labour warranties and set-up maintenance required for all roofing systems. Our attention to detail and safety standards for our staff, other trades, building owners, tenants and the public are never compromised. We pride ourselves in the quality of our installation, workmanship and finished product.
